Allows you to create an unlimited number of user names and passwords to ensure secure system entry. Gives you the ability to locate records quickly searching by employee name, employee ID, location, firearm serial number, firearm control number and equipment serial number. Is easily installed on a single PC or on multiple PCs in a networked environment. Includes a Speed Q window which provides a fast way of entering multiple qualification records. Gives you the ability to define default values that are automatically filled in when a new record is added therefore greatly reducing data entry. Gives you the ability to transfer a firearm directly from one officer or location to another officer or location. Allows you to hide fields if they are not used by your agency. Allows you to enter any firearm in a qualification regardless of what officer or location the firearm is assigned to. Allows you to enter any number of firearms in a qualification.
